Once registered, customers can log in to Compass from any desktop or mobile device, 24 hours a day, to search the full DTI tool catalogue, filter by type, connection, diameter, and other variables, and add selected items straight to an order, no emails, calls, or paperwork required. From there, it's just a few clicks to confirm shipping details and add any special instructions, with Compass automatically populating key information like rig, operation, well, and location when an API number is entered.
Every order is tracked from request through to delivery, with optional email updates along the way, giving customers full visibility without the back-and-forth. Past and current orders are all visible in one place, so repeat orders take seconds rather than minutes, and favorites can be saved for next time, making it a faster, simpler way to keep operations supplied and moving.
